BUSINESS HOURS:
Our team operates Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST. Orders placed after 1:30 PM MST, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
- Production Start: Production begins only after your proof has been approved. Please review your email promptly, as delays in approval will result in delays to your production timeline.
- Proof Timeline: You will receive a proof via email within 1–6 business hours of placing your order (during business hours).
- Auto-Approval: If we do not receive a response to your proof within 72 hours, it will be automatically approved to keep your order moving. This will add an additional 1–2 days to your total processing time. For Rush and next day stickers this may auto-approve in 24hrs.
- Order Changes: Once proof is approved, the order is considered final. No changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made. If you need adjustments to shipping or product details, please contact us before approving your proof.
Estimated Production Times (Business Days)
- Most Laminated Stickers: 1–3 business days
- Next Day Stickers: 0–1 business day (must be received before 1:00 PM MST)
- Deals / Sale Stickers: 3–5business days
- Magnets: 2–5 business days
- RUSH and SAME DAY: Ships out that same day if ordered by 1:00 PM MST. RUSH orders are Subject to approval by Sticker Cheetah when qty’s are over 1000.
Note: Large orders may require additional time. Production times are estimates and not guarantees.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your tracking number. If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in to your account at any time to view your current order status and track your shipment.
- Domestic (US): Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days.
- International: We ship to Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Standard delivery is 6–18 business days.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). These are the responsibility of the customer. Sticker Cheetah is not responsible for customs fees.
- Expedited Shipping: For Next Day or 2nd Day Air, we use UPS. The carrier’s delivery guarantee applies only after the package has left our facility. Production time remains an estimate and can be affected by order volume. Additional fees apply.
· Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. An additional shipping fee will be required before we can resend the item. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped to an address different from the one provided on your order), we take full responsibility and will cover the costs to resolve the delivery.
· Late Orders: Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please note that shipping times can vary significantly due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen conditions. While we strive to ship orders promptly, Sticker Cheetah is not responsible for transit delays.
· Guaranteed Delivery Services: For shipments using a service with a guaranteed delivery date, if the carrier fails to meet their delivery promise, we can offer a refund of the shipping costs only. This is subject to the specific terms and conditions set by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS) regarding service guarantees and refund eligibility.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Store Pickup
- Location: 1879 S. 3720 W. Syracuse, UT 840175.
- Hours: Daily, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST.
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Returns, Refunds & Dispute Policy
Because our items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Damaged/Incorrect Orders: We accept returns/replacements for manufacturing errors (e.g., wrong items, faulty product) up to 14 days after delivery. Please email contact@stickercheetah.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
- Lost Packages: We do not accept returns for late, missed, or lost packages. However, if your package is lost, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to find a solution or see what other options are available.
- Dispute Resolution: By approving your proof, you acknowledge that:
- Printed colors may vary from screen displays; exact color matching is not guaranteed.
- Finished cut paths may vary by ±0.05 inches (normal production tolerance).
- You release Sticker Cheetah from liability related to the approved proof.
- No refunds, free reprints, or credits will be issued if the final product matches the approved proof or falls within stated tolerances.
