Return & Refund Policy
Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we only accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Your order arrives damaged (we can also do a reprint)
- The print quality does not meet our standards
- We made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item, incorrect printing)
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Late deliveries caused by the carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Lost packages
- Items that match the approved proof
- change of mind
Orders with Proof Approval
Once a proof has been approved, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or returned under any circumstance.
Orders that match the approved proof are not eligible for return or refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully inspect the proof before approving it. Please double-check the following before approval:
- Size and dimensions
- Cut paths and shape
- Design placement and layout
- Spelling, graphics, and any special instructions
- Processing and Shipping ETA's
If you need changes, they must be requested before the proof is approved. Once you approve the proof, production begins and changes cannot be made.
Color Variations & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital printing, we do not offer refunds, returns, or reprints for color variations when:
- Files are submitted in RGB color mode
- No Pantone (PMS) colors are provided
- Files lack embedded or appropriate CMYK color profiles
- Colors appear different on the customer’s screen vs. the final print
We print using professionally calibrated, wide-gamut printers designed for color accuracy. However, the final result depends heavily on the quality and format of the file you provide.
To minimize color discrepancies:
- Always submit files in CMYK, not RGB
- Include a proper color profile (e.g., U.S. Web Coated SWOP v2)
- Use Pantone colors for exact color matching whenever possible
We cannot guarantee precise color matching unless Pantone values are used and the file is properly set up. Even with pantones, colors will not match 100% and can be out of gamut for the printer.

Return Eligibility
If your order qualifies for a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request it. Items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- The total qty that was ordered / received (if only a partial qty is returned then a partial refund will be issued)
To start a return, email us at returns@stickercheetah.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at returns@stickercheetah.com, so we can make it right.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and in original condition, and you must include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
