Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this time frame to let you know your order is on the way! Cut off time for order processing is 1pm MST.

NEXT DAY STICKERS:

Are processed and shipped the NEXT business day when received before 1pm MST. If placed after this time the order will ship as though it was placed the following day. 

PROOFS: 

Orders requiring proofs are sent to the email on the order within 1-6 hours. Proofs must be approved before we can start production. The sooner this is approved the sooner we are able to ship. Proofs arrive within 1-6 hours of receiving an order during our working hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Proofs with no response are auto approved after 3 days and require an extra day to process. Please keep an eye on your email provided on the order.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am-5pm MST. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

 

FREE SHIPPING:

DOMESTIC Orders over $50 USD have FREE SHIPPING. Shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery times are 2-5 days.

INTERNATIONAL orders over $100 have FREE Shipping. Shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery times are 5-18 days.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We do not offer a local delivery option currently. If this is something you need, please reach out to us prior to placing and order to arrange.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, and United Kingdom. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. Sticker Cheetah is not responsible for these  charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Because the items are custom and made to order, we only accept returns for damaged and/or errors with the order, such as wrong items or faulty product. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We do not accept returns for late, missed, or lost packages. If you package is lost please get in contact with us and we will work to find an agreeable solution. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@stickercheetah.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
