Proofing Agreement

By approving this proof, I acknowledge and agree that:

  1. All sizes, quantities, spelling, artwork, and other details are correct.
  2. I have reviewed the artwork and approve it for production as shown.
  3. Printed colors may vary from what I see on my screen due to differences in monitors, color profiles, and printing processes. Exact color matching is not guaranteed. (Our printers are profiled regularly)
  4. Finished cut paths and die lines may vary by up to ±0.05 inches in any direction, which is within normal production tolerance.
  5. No changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made after proof approval.
  6. If you need any adjustments to production details, order, shipping method, shipping address, or any other part of your order, please contact us before approving this proof. We are happy to make changes at this stage. Changes to shipping details cannot be guaranteed after proof approval.
  7. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. My order may arrive earlier or later than the estimated delivery date. (if you have a specific date needed by please reach out to us and confirm we can meet your deadline)
  8. For expedited shipping (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air), the carrier’s guarantee
    applies only after the package has shipped. Production and shipping preparation times are estimates and may take longer during busy periods or for very large orders.
  9. No refunds, free reprints, or credits will be issued if the final product matches this approved proof or falls within the stated tolerances.
  10. I release Sticker Cheetah from any liability related to the approved proof.

Production Times
I understand the following estimated production times (business days):

  • Most laminated stickers (blue thumbnails): 1–3 business days
  • Next Day stickers (yellow thumbnails): 0–1 business day
  • Deals / Sale stickers: 3-5 business days
  • Magnets: 2–5 business days

Production time begins when the order is placed before 1:30 PM MST. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Larger orders may take additional time.

Time between order placement to proof approval may also influence
production time. (please review proof as soon as possible to avoid delays)
